Mood:  not sure
Topic: PLVS Diet Diary

Oh praise the Lord for He is good; for his mercy endureth forever!

Well, I tried to start the day off with K-Love Christian radio. I had my green tea and some hot oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon. I see a lot of improvement today. Swelling is down in my upper legs, thank you Lord!

Yesterday I didn't post, we had appointments and frankly Danny and I were exhausted from the experience and just chilled. But here is what I used yesterday. In each of these incidences please keep the preservatives out of your diet totally if you hunt you can find sources of no preservatives and also cook from scratch processed is destructive to PLVS.

Breakfast was a very small omelet with mozzarella cheese (low fat) and green peppers and a slice of wheat bread

green tea with 3 drops of blue flag iris extract, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon cloves

Later I drink another glass of iced green tea with 1 teaspoon of cloves, and added my echinecea goldenseal liquid from the GNC store

I had crab salad for dinner, no bread with it, just the salad

Crab Salad

1/3 package of imitation crab

1/2 box of pasta shells cooked

1 tablespoon sweet relish any you like

1 cup of chopped broccoli cooked

3 boiled eggs

1/2 small plain yogart

2 tablespoons no preservative added ranch dressing

dash of parsley

dash of garlic to taste

salt, very little you don't need it here great flavors all around this

mix well and keep refrigerated till you serve it

I do drink decaffienated coffee. I love flavors and you can find all kinds of flavor oils for coffee.

If you don't have peace and happiness, you didn't give it all to Jesus. Surrender you day to HIM. Goodness the strength He gives me. I walk in Him alone. If He turns me along the path of Life I go willingly in a different direction, keeping my eye on eternity not the present. I know I am going to a place this world could never generate. Remember God is in control. He is the one who places authorities and it is because of the times. Remember the prophets of the Old Testament and the stories of how God brought evil men and tests. God can surely deliver Christians today from any circumstance. Some fall and are tested to make them white. But let's keep our eyes on Jesus and just patiently wait for the harvest. We have made our views known about current news, now we just need to believe in our prayers and get on with life with God as the deciding force in our world. That is what he commands. Love in Christ Jesus everyone! I will try to post later today. Doing some house cleaning and giving the day to prayer and rest.

My new job interview
Mood:  happy
This morning I have a job interview at Walmart. Years ago I owned a bakery. I have been praying for about a month now that the Lord would raise up someone to give me a cake decorators position. Yesterday the call came, my interview is this morning. Hopefully I will get the position I am very well qualified for. I am excited but have to admit my mouth muscles are twitching slightly I am hoping it is not overly noticeable. I know I can do this job. My arms are disabled but not to the point of disuse. I can still do this and have done it for family occassions. This morning I had a small omelet and toast for breakfast my drink contained cinnamon, cloves, and a little blue flag iris extract for my lymph glands and inflammation. I will use one drop three more times today of the blue flag iris extract and continue to put the cinnamon and cloves in my drinks such as tea to level my inflammation and assist my digestion. I don't use sugar, I use splenda in my foods, and in my drinks. Sugar, salt, potatoes, and caffiene are enemies of PLVS at least for me and the caffiene especially as it causes the blood pressure to race and PLVS sufferers need slow processing in order for the lymph glands to function as good as they can which quite honestly in my case they need a ton of help. If all the body processes are at the same level my glands begin to not appear to be swollen and I stop having fluid retention.

Introduction
Mood:  special

Before I begin to allow the public to view my own personal collection of home treatments for my PLVS, I want to say, I am not a doctor or a licensed pharmacist. This is presented simply to give the research community a look at how I have lived my life for the past 25 years with PLVS at times having great periods of remission. I am a Christian with a daily prayer and worship life. My daily verses many of them spoken to me by the Holy Spirit will also be posted here. These are what God gives me for my personal walk with Him. We each have things God is dealing with in our lives. I surrender all to the Lord, and react to Him leading. I realize without Him I would be nothing in this world. So although these verses are straight from the Word of the Lord, the Holy Bible, they might not be exactly where you are at in our own personal walk. I will include a prayer page which sums up how I asked the Lord Jesus to begin leading me through the Holy Spirit to be changed into His servant. You can use that prayer if it is prayed from the heart, the Lord will begin to work in your life. I must say however, it is not an easy path, God is showing me all along things he disapproves of and I have laid down those things in my life. It is a walk of leaving behind the things of the flesh, in exchange for the fellowship with Christ. If we suffer with Him, we shall also reign with Him.

This guide will also includes foods and herb medications I have used with various levels of improvement and how other foods and harmful ingredients called preservatives have caused very depilitating weakness and loss of muscle tone. I do not offer this to the public as an answer to treating PLVS and I also declare I have the female variation of the disease which in men is a deadly illness. All of us have your own particular allergies and other modifiers to our health. This is my daily record of my stuggles and triumphs.
